1. FOUNDATIONAL FRAMEWORK
   1. This Service Agreement ("Agreement") establishes binding obligations between Dragon Speed Rentals (hereafter "Provider") and any entity or person (hereafter "Client") seeking access to luxury automotive rentals and accompanying services.
   2. Submitting reservation requests, accessing our digital platforms, or utilizing any aspect of our offerings constitutes unequivocal acceptance of these stipulations in their entirety.
   3. Provider maintains exclusive authority to modify these conditions without prior notification; such alterations become enforceable immediately upon publication through our official communication channels.
2. AUTOMOTIVE OFFERINGS
   1. Provider makes available the following premium experiences:
      • Elite vehicle procurement from prestigious manufacturers
      • Professional chauffeur arrangements with security clearance
      • Doorstep conveyance of selected automobiles
      • Flexible duration packages (24-hour, 72-hour, weekly, monthly)
      • Ceremonial occasion configurations (matrimonial, corporate, photographic)
      • Bespoke concierge assistance throughout India
      • Curated driving expeditions with predetermined routes
   2. Every reservation remains contingent upon inventory availability, mechanical readiness, and final authorization from our fleet management department.
   3. Visual representations and technical specifications displayed across marketing materials serve illustrative purposes exclusively; minor variations in actual vehicle appearance, features, or performance characteristics may exist.
3. FINANCIAL CONSIDERATIONS
   1. All monetary figures appear in Chinese Yuan (CNY) unless explicitly designated otherwise through written communication.
   2. Acceptable transaction methods encompass:
      • Major international payment cards (subject to verification)
      • Electronic funds transfers to designated accounts
      • Approved digital payment platforms
      • Select cryptocurrency transactions (Bitcoin, Ethereum only)
   3. Financial data processing occurs through certified third-party systems implementing industry-standard encryption; Provider never maintains complete payment credentials within internal databases.
   4. Rate adjustments may occur without advance notification; however, confirmed bookings maintain the quoted figure established during reservation finalization.
   5. Security deposits—varying based on vehicle valuation and rental duration—remain mandatory for all transactions; these funds undergo comprehensive inspection-based evaluation before release authorization.
4. RESERVATION PROTOCOL
   1. Every request undergoes verification procedures before receiving official confirmation status.
   2. The reservation sequence involves:
      • Client submission of vehicle preferences and essential documentation
      • Provider assessment of availability and eligibility factors
      • Client remittance of required deposit percentage
      • Provider issuance of detailed confirmation documentation
   3. Responsibility for accuracy in all submitted information (licensing details, contact coordinates) rests exclusively with the Client; complications arising from inaccuracies fall outside Provider liability parameters.
   4. Confirmation notices and contractual documentation transmit to the electronic address registered during the application process.
5. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION POLICIES
   1. Client-initiated cancellation compensation structure:
      • Eight or more days preceding commencement: 95% reimbursement
      • Four to seven days preceding commencement: 60% reimbursement
      • Two to three days preceding commencement: 30% reimbursement
      • Within 24 hours of scheduled commencement: No financial recovery
   2. Cancellation requests require written submission including reservation identification code through authorized communication channels.
   3. Refund processing typically completes within 5-8 business days utilizing the original payment mechanism exclusively.
   4. Provider reserves the right to terminate agreements due to unforeseen circumstances including mechanical failure, safety concerns, or regulatory interventions; such situations result in complete financial restoration or alternative vehicle proposals at Client discretion.
6. OPERATOR QUALIFICATIONS AND USAGE RESTRICTIONS
   1. Minimum requirements for authorized operation include:
      • Chronological age exceeding 26 years (32 years for ultra-performance models)
      • Valid operator's license with minimum 4-year issuance history
      • Unblemished driving record (zero major infractions within 48 months)
      • Government-issued identification documentation
      • Payment card bearing identical name as primary operator
   2. Operation must conform to all applicable transportation regulations, speed limitations, and safety directives.
   3. Expressly forbidden activities encompass:
      • Competitive velocity events or performance testing
      • Traversing unpaved terrain or non-designated pathways
      • Conveying prohibited substances or materials
      • Utilizing vehicles during commission of unlawful acts
      • Permitting operation by individuals not registered in the agreement
      • Exceeding predetermined distance limitations
   4. Responsibility for regulatory violations, monetary penalties, or administrative sanctions incurred during the rental period transfers entirely to the Client.
7. AUTOMOBILE MAINTENANCE EXPECTATIONS
   1. Each vehicle leaves our facility in exceptional cosmetic and mechanical condition with maximum fuel capacity using premium-grade petroleum products.
   2. Upon conclusion of the rental period, Client must ensure:
      • Punctual return according to predetermined schedule
      • Equivalent condition accounting for reasonable utilization patterns
      • Complete fuel reservoir containing identical grade fuel
      • Presence of all accompanying accessories and documentation
   3. Delayed returns trigger supplementary charges calculated at current daily rates plus administrative penalty fees.
   4. Damage exceeding normal wear parameters incurs financial responsibility according to our comprehensive assessment matrix.
8. PROTECTION COVERAGE AND RESPONSIBILITY ALLOCATION
   1. Standard protection package incorporated with all agreements includes:
      • Third-party liability protection meeting regulatory minimums
      • Collision coverage subject to excess payment requirements
      • Anti-theft provisions with client participation amount
   2. Client bears financial responsibility for the predetermined excess amount should damage or theft occur.
   3. Enhanced protection options available for purchase can reduce or eliminate excess payment obligations.
   4. Provider accepts no responsibility for personal belongings left within vehicles or consequential losses resulting from mechanical failures despite regular maintenance protocols.
9. APPLICABLE LEGAL FRAMEWORK
   1. This Agreement operates under the exclusive jurisdiction of the People's Republic of India legal system.
   2. Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising from this relationship shall undergo resolution through arbitration proceedings in Shanghai, adhering to the Chinese Arbitration Association's procedural guidelines.
