Foreign visitors must have a valid International Driving Permit (IDP) along with their original driver's license from their home country. Both documents must be translated into Chinese by an authorized translation service. Additionally, you'll need a valid passport, proof of address in India (hotel reservation is acceptable), and a major international credit card. Foreigners must have held their license for at least 2 years, and for high-performance vehicles, at least 5 years of driving experience is required.

Security deposits range from ₹20,000 for standard luxury vehicles to ₹100,000 for exotic supercars. The deposit is authorized (not charged) on your credit card at the time of pickup. After the vehicle is returned and inspected for damage, the authorization is released immediately, though it may take 3-10 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank's policies. For extended rentals, we may require additional deposit verification.

The daily rate includes basic insurance, standard mileage allowance (200km/day), and roadside assistance. Additional fees may include: premium insurance (₹800-2,000/day depending on vehicle), excess mileage charges (₹10-30/km), additional driver registration (₹500/driver), airport/hotel delivery outside city centers (₹500-2,000), after-hours pickup/return (₹800), and professional chauffeur services (₹2,000/day plus expenses).

You are responsible for all traffic violations, parking tickets, and toll fees incurred during your rental period. If a violation is reported to us after your rental, we will charge your credit card for the fine amount plus a ₹200 administrative fee per violation. In India, traffic cameras are widespread, and violations are typically processed within 24-48 hours. We strongly recommend adhering to all traffic regulations as penalties for luxury vehicles can be substantial.

Yes, you can drive our vehicles between provinces in India, but you must inform us of your intended route during booking. Some restrictions apply to certain autonomous regions, and additional insurance may be required for long-distance travel. Please note that each province may have different traffic regulations, and you are responsible for understanding and following local laws. For trips exceeding 1,000km, we require a detailed itinerary and may install a GPS tracker for security purposes.

Our standard insurance includes third-party liability up to ₹1,000,000 and collision damage with a deductible ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹50,000 depending on the vehicle. Your liability is limited to the deductible amount in case of at-fault accidents or damage. Our premium insurance option reduces the deductible by 50-80% and increases third-party coverage to ₹3,000,000. However, insurance becomes void if the vehicle is used in violation of the rental agreement (e.g., unauthorized drivers, driving under influence, racing, off-road use). In such cases, you would be liable for the full value of damages.
